Can I use different ad networks in the same game?

No, that is not possible. You can only monetize with one network at the same time.

If you wish to change your ad network you can change this in the monetization tab within the game builder. Then you will need to select "GENERATE", download the new version of your game, and upload it to Google Play, or your chosen Android market, so your changes go live.
