QUESTION:
In fact I have mentioned since beginning that the monetization selection may not be working? the switch on off button for those monetiation option is not turning green .I presume it suppose to change color or move left right something...but end of the day there is not admob baner..I have tested so many times now...
ANSWER:
Before TURN ON selected monetization you need to insert banner id in the proper field.
